work contains recognizable imagery while having a strong composition
of abstract and geometric forms. The technique is hand- and machine-sewn
fiber relief.
Janet was educated
at the Detroit Society of Arts and Crafts in Michigan and Cranbrook
Academy of Art, Bloomfield Hills, MI. Her fiber murals are in religious
institutions throughout the country and she is currently working
on a 5' x 17' triptych for Old Mission Methodist Church, Mission
Hills, KS.

retainer for sketches, 40% when sketch is approved, and remaining
50% upon completion.
